Return & Refund policy

At Vendorspot, we allow customers to return all eligible items within 3 days after delivery, in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories included. However, please note that some categories may not be eligible for return.

Here are the requirements for returns:

  1. Products like underwear, nightwear, beach & swimwear, facial skincare, fragrances, hair care, handbags, food items, and other consumable products are non-returnable.
  2. If the size is correct but the item doesn't fit as expected, you can only return clothing and shoes.
  3. If an item stops working well after usage, you can return it. However, this applies to all product categories except boxed items like computers, mobile phones, and other gadgets. Additionally, clothing, boxed equipment, and consumable products are not included.
  4. If you receive a broken or defective item, or if the packaging was damaged, you can return it.
  5. If the received item was used or expired, you can return it.
  6. If you received the wrong items, you can return them. The return will be authorized after validation, and once the item is returned back to the vendor, the item cost and shipping will be refunded.

To initiate a return, follow this steps:

Step 1: Call us or send a complaint: Immediately click on "incomplete order" on the product listing on our website. Send order information along with evidence to contact@vendorspot.ng.

Step 2: Return after Authorization: Once your claim is validated, we will provide information on the most suitable means of returning the item.

Step 3: Get Resolution: Upon confirmation of the receipt of the item by the seller, Vendorspot will assist by contacting the vendor to ensure a resolution.

Items that are not eligible for returns:

  1. Categories like health products, hygiene products, and some personalized products such as underwear are not eligible for returns unless it's a wrong item, damaged item, or a fake/inauthentic item.
  2. There won't be a refund on special items specifically customized for you. We do not refund for such categories.
  3. We also do not accept returns of items that were delivered to you in a healthy condition but got damaged after delivery.
  4. Items such as books, software CDs, jewelry, bedsheets, lingerie, and socks are not eligible for returns.

Packaging returns:

All items eligible for return must be properly packed the way they were delivered, including the original packaging, tags, and labels. Please note that returned items are your responsibility until they reach the vendor.

Refunds:

Once the returned items are confirmed by the vendor, we process the cost of the item to refund you. If we accept your return, or if you ordered but did not receive an item, we aim to refund you the purchased amount, including the cost of delivery if applicable.

For incorrect, defective, or damaged items, you will also be refunded for the full cost of delivery incurred. However, if the return is not the result of Vendorspot's error or the seller's error (i.e., you changed your mind or the size doesn't fit), there won't be any refund on delivery fees. The refund request should be made according to the stated timeframe in our policy.
